陈太丽,女,土壤学博士,汉族,四川攀枝花人,中共党员。2016年毕业于西北农林科技大学水土保持与荒漠化防治专业,获农学学士学位;2022年毕业于中国科学院大学(成都山地灾害与环境研究所)土壤学专业,获农学博士学位;主要研究方向:土壤侵蚀与水土保持、泥沙指纹识别。
